By purchasing Obstacle House!TM  items you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Brains and Brawn, LLC. By placing an order, you consent to the description of the goods, the price, and any applicable taxes. We will also charge for packaging and transport. This cost will be included in the final invoice. In ordering, you agree to accept these charges. Placement of an order is a binding agreement. All orders are considered final.

We created a durable product we hope you enjoy, but you have the right to inspect the goods. If a defect is noted in the quality/condition or the item fails to meet specifications, you can report a claim within 5 business days of receiving the product. If we accept your claim, you will be issued a claim check number by Brains and Brawn, LLC. You must return your item with the invoice and claim number within 10 business days. A return will not be accepted without a prior approval number. All accepted return products will be credited for product credit or refunded to the original purchaser's credit card (excluding shipping costs). If you return an item without a valid number, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In such a case, no credit will be given. All returns must be properly packaged in a hard-side box with sustainable cushioning material. Material damage sustained in return shipping without proper packaging will not be accepted.
